You definitely need to seek medical advice asap. It could be a hearing problem, Aspergers or Autism. In USA some problems are diagnosed by the age of 2 y.o. and start with short sessions of therapies. If he has a hearting problem it could well be triggered by ear infection which don’t clear up properly. A child who can’t communicate gets very frightened and frustrated. I know of one child who had dairy elimimated from his diet as a trial and the ear infections stopped occurring continuously.
