lol i wishhhh!!!! for a decent storm! we moved to this area awhile ago and it does not rain nowhere near anything that i have experienced. it is really putting me off! getting used to dry heat etc vs humidity! these aren’t storms lol it is pathetic! (where i live)

Where are all these storms then? Where do you live? Here in Perth the weather is gorgeous. Warm and sunny!

I like a good storm and love the heavy rain and the forecast is for more storms on the way. Apparently it is going to be a stormy season! Everyone had an early night!

My dog doesn’t like thunders either. I don’t like it if he wakes me up in the middle of the night. During the day it isn’t much of a problem instead.
I wake up with storms, but I’m not afraid. My husband and my daughter generally sleep through!

Do the pets wake the kids with barking? If so, you could try to preempt the stormy forecast so at least you only have pets to deal with. Good luck!

I have mixed emotions for storms too. If it’s happening when I’m not in bed, I quite enjoy watching them. But if they wake me through the night, all the noise and wind freaks me out!
