I cant believe how quickly babies and toddlers learn to use and play with Iphones, Ipads and technology in general. My now three year old son worked out how to use an ipad and iphone at around 14 months and it was before he could say his own name.

  • Yep soooo tech savvy it is terrifying. I keep finding selfies of my 20 month old on my phone… how did he figure that out! He also knows how to find youtube and the ABC Kids apps so that he can watch Thomas!

  • My nephew is like that only because both parents use it and my brother who is in his mid thirties still love his games . Not good is it .

  • As long as there is balance and children get plenty of other activities; fine motor activities, gross motor activities and creative pursuits. Technology needs to be balanced and used well.

    • Great comment! Balance is needed as is embracing technology and understanding it’s uses for children in today’s world.

      • Hear, Hear – understanding technology and using it well is important.
