Hello!

In are area, we recently had the council hard waste collection. On a walk, my girls spotted a large cardboard box and wanted to take it home. I told them that if it was still there on our return and, that if they carried it home, they could have it. So on the way back, it was still there and between the two of them (with a small amount of help) they managed to get the box home. Well, that was nearly two weeks ago and they are still playing with the box that they have turned into a cubby house. Everyday afternoon, they eat their snack in there and on the weekends it turns into their headquarters. Sometimes it’s the simple things, that are the most fun.

  • You’re so right! I just commented on another post that kids don’t need a million toys to keep them entertained and this is a great example of that!
