Drinking 2 glass of water in the morning helps to activate internal organs
Drinking one glass of water before a meal will help aid digestion
Drinking one glass of water before having a shower helps prevent high blood pressure
Drinking one glass of water before bed helps prevent stroke and heart attacks.
A family member posted a story with these in it and it got me thinking…I know water is good for us…but I wasn’t aware it was this vital! How the human body works is amazing
