After my baby was born, and i had third degree tears, it wa almost impossible for me to do any kind of exercise. After 3 months my mum wa shere and she told me I should start a little bit of walk now else, it’ll take age sfor me to get into the work mode. And true enough, I started and now for 2 months, go for a daily walk…40 mins…i love it..my baby love sit…my stamina has increased and i feel so good now.
Its very important for all us mums to have our bit of relaxation time…mine is walking !
