Thoughts on starting a MoMs book review section?

I have been incredibly fortunate to receive several books as monthly rewards from the MoMs. Obviously the website is aimed at mothers wishing to share ideas and support but also at companies marketing their wares that mothers may wish to pursue.

I think that as a thank you to the publishers that supply the books that are distributed as MoM rewards, it would be great to start a section where books can be reviewed and/or commented on. It would be a lovely way to exchange thoughts that are not about parenting (hence involving those who are active members who do not have children). And if it is not viable to create a new section for book reviews, would it work if we reviewed books in this section?

What do other mothers think?

I agree, I’ve also been fortunate to win some books and would be happy to post reviews of them if there was a section. Good idea.

Love this idea! I’ve won a few books too and it would be great to hear what others thought of them. Would also be really helpful for choosing which one to read next as well.

As an avid reader (I read a book every week), I think it’s an excellent idea!

  I read every day and finish a book every week too; I simply love to read; prefer it over TV!

I agree and posted a similar idea months back as a bookclub would be a great idea. The responses from other Mom’s was positive to the idea.

I think this is an incredible idea. I’m always looking for the next book you can’t put down.
