Tips to be slim

1. Drink mint tea or eat chatni of mint with chapati(bread).
2. Use normal yoghurt or mix yoghurt with some water and salt and blend it and use it in daily diet.
3. Eat the bread of mixed flour.
4. Drink the boiled water of fenugreek regularly when became cool.
5. Don’t eat too much sugar and potato, 
6. Eat salad with your meal.
7. Saunth, daal chini, black pepper mint power 3 gram, take with water daily.
8. Vitamin C is also helpful in weight loss.
9. eat papaya.

  • Interesting tips-I find eating a well balanced diet and daily exercise is good for my health and wellbeing. My aim is always to be healthy rather than slim.
