Well here I go I’ve had 4 kids in 6years now I’m done with having kids I’m happy with the 4 healthy kids I have now I want o focus on getting my tummy back into shape I’m not fat at all if anything I’m quite slim but I just want to tone up my flubby tummy if get what I mean. But the most annoying thing is just in the last few weeks I’ve started doing yoga an am on a fitness plan an who ever I talk to just has negative things to say like u wound get a toned tummy it’s just too hard.. But I really think it can be done if I put my mind to it.. I don’t want a 6 pack as such just tone so I feel better in what I wear,, I just don’t understand why people can’t just incourge me not put me down, It’s not like I’m telling them to do it. I do have only 1 of my kids at school in year 1 an the other 3 at home who age 5,3,1 an I can still manage to fit some excise in.. I think I just have to put my mind to it an prove everyone wrong an get the tummy I want an see what they say then.. Rant over..

  • Go mumma! You can do it and with that attitude you surely can! I’ve had enough and I am on the opposite end and have quite a bit of weight to lose but with the same attitude it can be done! Just find the encouraging people! X
