We have our own room!!!

After 15 years of trying, we had given up hope of ever having our own child. Til she came along!

last time we moved, we rented a little 2 bedroom place, as it was just us. We had our room – the spare room was also known as the disaster room.

After madam arrived, we had her cot in our room. The other room was taken up with pram, change table, high chair and all the other junk we had.

Finally, she has outgrown change tables etc and we have just cleaned out the spare room and turned it into her room.

I was a little worried she would wake up upset and confused but she has taken to her room like a duck to water, and now spends time in there playing with her toys, and adores sleeping in there.

so after all this time, we finally have our room back! Yay!

CONGRATULATIONS – it must be an awesome feeling for you both to not have that extra little body sleeping along side you. Much more ‘private’ to ‘get to know each other’ again too.
