I had my daughter 7 months ago, and during the pregnancy I put on about 25 kilos. I have always had that fear in the back of my mind of putting on so much weight during pregnancy. I had the sugar craving all thr way through and had to eat lollies upon lollies upon vanilla slice (omg drool, I want some now).
I am really trying to get on top of my weight now and I have lost about 20 kilos, I still want to loose 10-15kg to get to my ideal weight (my husband thinks im being silly and that I would be under weight if I lost that much). Im doing a 12 week challenge at the moment, weights and cardio 6 days a week. I fell off the wagon last week and didn’t exercise and ate pretty crappy. Its amazing the difference I feel when I am exercising. The clarity, and positivity! I love it! I really want to be able to keep up with my daughter as she grows up. I think I have found a new me, and I love it!
