I need to share this and hopefully other mums can HELP. I have put on a hell of a lot of weight having my 2 girls, I know its no excuse but I have I would love to lose weight and try to get healthier for my girls so can enjoy them, play a lot more with them without being tired and of course be around to see them grow old. I have really bad back (5 bulging discs) and bad hips, no matter what exercise I try to do it nearly cripples me. I was walking for 5 days and was hurting but keep doing it until was nearly hospitalized due to so much pajn and no movement so what im really trying to ask ladies is how in the hell do I lose all my weight if cant exercise. Any tips and ideas would be greatly appreciated.
