One of our neighbours was doing house alterations and had a pest control company there. A few days later we discovered our garden next to adjoining fence was absolutely alive with cockroaches. Out came the strong spray from the garden shed in a great hurry. It had been used to kill some weeds that had been very hard to kill off. No more cockroaches. Would have been nice to have been warned.

A little bit of courtesy goes a long way, if they had told you, it could have been caught earlier. Wow, at least you are the bigger person, maybe it will cause them to think twice next time something like that happens.

I’d be a bit peeved if this happened to me.

well it was very good of you to tell them and hopefully they will learn in the future it is better to be honest.

Not everyone is that thoughtful. Just goes to show what kind of people they are.. A little kind gesture goes along way when you think of others…. Hopefully next time they are more thoughful.

Well…that was a shock for you!

We have had the same problem, the termites we had are gone after treatment but who’s to say they aren’t still active elsewhere in the neighbourhood as a few people have told us their problems. We now have the termite baiting system monitoring our home.

Oh my goodness I can’t believe they didn’t tell you.
At least you know you did the right thing

wow it would be lovely if they had considered telling you.
