I’ve still seen the name Gus used. I thought it was actually one of the more common names used in recent history for boys.

Funny enough I know quite a lot of people with this names, they sure aren’t extend yet. Personally I prefer names that aren’t common.

I really don’t believe (now what’s the word I am looking for …oh lets say common) common names will ever be extinct, as some folk actually do family trees/family history and name their children after ancestors. Maybe real way-out names may flounder but I have no problems with any of the above names.

lol i haven’t heard any of these names for kids in a long time. people like to express their uniqueness through their child much more these days. my child goes to school with a Khalessi (game of thrones character name)
