  • All hats of to all mums I’m not a single mum but I work and my partner and he is away a lot with work or working ridiculous hours also works on the weekends with work so times I don’t a get a break
What sort of gets me when you get single mums say they don’t get a break when they might share their time with kids week on week off or share custody or get a break every second weekend yes I get that it’s hard I see my sister who is single and doesn’t get break unfortunately her daughters father doesn’t want to see his daughter and never has contributed to anything at all now that what I call a single mum
Only time she gets a break if I or my mum take her daughter lucky she has a cousin my daughter that are 8 months apart and are like sisters

  • Single mums are awesome – just ask me!!!

  • Absolutely! I was single mumming it for a few years and while it was hard I have an incredible bond with my two eldest kids because of it!

  • So many mums can relate to the pizza meme! Too funny! :)

    • The Jurassic Park meme makes me laugh too! :)

  • So much respect for anyone doing it on their own.

  • I don’t have a meme.
If you’re a single parent if you say “no” for any reason they can run to the other parent and ask again. Different reply can cause some “fun and games”. parents either agree or don’t, may come to a mutual agreement or things could get very stressful.
