I do like the idea. But my boys are so rough there would be glittery water everywhere in no time.

A really clever idea that can easily be made child-proof [by gluing the lid on or taping it down with waterproof tape] and each child could have different colours. How proud they would be to make something like this for Grandma for Christmas? Thanks so much for sharing this idea.

May I suggest gluing the lid on with really strong glue. You could always do this once the children are asleep so it has plenty of time to dry. You could also add special coloured tape around the seal as well too hide any glue that might show up.

I would suggest to tape the lid securely, those little hands might want to unscrew the lid and take a glitter drink…
