Material

  • 1 empty milo tin
  • 1 old magazine

Method

  1. Cut the magazine to the height of the milo tin.
  2. Then roll the magazine up, and glue one side so the look like small rolls. Then glue them around the tin..
  3. My kids love creating a study area and this was a funky idea for them to put on their desk.

Notes

I don't like throwing things out so I have recycled a few thing to make this pen holder.

  • Just chucked a milo tin in the recycling – will have to grab it before it goes outside to the bin!
I remember doing something a bit similar to this when I was a kid – lots of fun!
