An easy Christmas activity.

Material

  • Paper - square pieces
  • Scissors

Method

  1. Fold a square piece of paper in half diagonally. (Into a triangle)
  2. Fold in half again - should still be a triangle shape.
  3. Cut pieces away from your triangle. Ensure you leave some of the fold sides intact. Open up and enjoy!

Notes... Making these can be strangely addictive!

  • Requires some concentration to not cut bits that shouldn’t be cut, I have made thus mistake many times. But a lot of fun and end results are pretty

  • I remember making this at Primary School. We didn’t trim the sides as much and glued them into a circle shape as lanterns, put coloured wool through some “holes” at the top and hung them on the Christmas Tree.
