Just stared veggie patch for first time ever. Never thought I had a green thumb but nearly everything I planted has grown. I’m a changed person because before I hated gardening now I love it. Cooking what I have grown especially satisfying.

Flowers bloom make my heart sing
The smells the colours are all so uplifting
If only the weeds would stay away
And the lawn grow a little less lol

For me it is therapeutic to nurture plants and watch them grow. Sometimes they even bear fruit or vegetables, all from a tiny seed. It is quite incredible and keeps me connected to the earth.

I’ve slowly found my green fingers since having children as I find it’s the best way to get them out into the garden and take a keen interest in growing fruit and vegetables, it’s not only relaxing but great fun and ultimately very rewarding.

It is my world of life. All around me is dynamic. It grows and changes with me, with the seasons, with the weather, with attention or with lack of attention. It represents my place as a living being.

Everything looks so much better without those pesky weeds, trees are full of birds eating this & that, veggies & flowers we adore & the bees are around looking for more.

I love taming the wilderness, turfing out the weeds, getting the flowers and veggies to thrive and sitting back to enjoy the improvements .

Gardening is a fantastic way to get us all out in the yard and away from our devices plus it’s rewarding when you finally get something to grow

In my garden my mind is clear my daily worries disappear,
My green haven of leaves and vines is also full of heavenly signs,
The bees that love my flowers and the birds I watch fly for hours,
My garden is my happy place when life gets hard to face.

Miss 4 loves gardening so it’s something we enjoy togther that gets us out in the fresh air and enjoying each others company. My daughter is delighted that her sunflowers are growing taller and bigger each day.

There’s nothing better than fresh air, sunshine and improving your outside space. I get such accomplishment growing our own herbs and veggies. Such peace and connection with the earth!
