  • This winter my goal is to stay far away from COVID-19, nothing else is as import for me and my family.

  • While WFH I began running short distances on my lunch break and now I’m running every day. This has overwhelming helped keep my crippling anxiety at bay and weight down. My goal is to run a half marathon distance by the end of winter.

    lockdown round two for Melbourne means I must find new and inventive ways to keep active and not eat everything in my cupboard. In Spring I want to emerge like a butterfly.. Stronger, faster, more agile and SLIM enough to fly into a new world!


  • To stay healthy mentally, spiritually AND physically. A tough goal in these times with ISO living, working from home (sitting practically IN my kitchen) and making sure everyone else in the family is happy and healthy as well.

  • During isolation, it’s been too easy to snack and venture to the pantry to ease boredom. Now that life is returning to ‘normal’, my goal is to eat more clean, healthy foods and walk daily. I have control of what fuels my body; it’s time to show my body respect.


  • to achieve my mission by loosing and sheading weight with brisk walks and been out in the garden and cutting out on all snacks with alternative with fruit and dry biscuits


  • CHANGING MY MINDSET and SETTING REALISTIC health goals is seeing me through winter and more importantly beyond. Feeding my body with nutritionally dense foods the majority of the time. Incorporating exercise every other day and listening to positive affirmations are all things I KNOW I CAN DO.
