28 year old Candice Accola, known for her role as Caroline Forbes in The Vampire Diaries, and her musician husband, Joe King have some very exciting news which they have shared via Instagram.

The couple, who began dating back in 2011 after they met at a SuperBowl function, have just announced in a very gorgeous snap, that they are expecting their first child together.

The Fray rocker and Candice became engaged in May 2013 and tied the knot in New Orleans on October 18, 2014. Joe King is father to Elise and Ava who feature in the gorgeous family photo.

Candice has taken on being a stepmother in a beautiful way, posting many photos with the girls – we are sure she is going to make a gorgeous mum!
