Congratulations Jacqueline Potter on being contributor of the month for December 2014!
Jacqueline Potter, BSc (Psych) is a mum, psychotherapist and the Director of Avidity Association. She specialises in counselling women and children to help them overcome obstacles such as anxiety, depression, low self esteem and more. Jacqueline is based in Paddington, Brisbane and also provides counselling Australia Wide (via Phone and Skype).
Avidity came about through a desire to help women and children love who they are and love the lives they are living. As a psychotherapist who specialises in counselling women and kids, Jacqueline works frequently with beautiful ladies dealing with anxiety, depression, low self esteem, traumatic relationships (family, friendships or romantic) disordered eating and anger.
Jacqueline helps children with confidence struggles as well as neurotherapy to help them succeed at schools. She understands that everyone faces different challenges and while the challenges can’t always be changed, perceptions can. Jacqueline is passionate about the empowerment of women and children and changing lives through removing guilt and anxiety and utilising proven tools to enable change. I am the author of the eBook, Cirque du Mummy and am currently writing a book detailing my challenging history, with the aim of helping other women.
