Don't worry Jennifer Love Hewitt, we've all had a mummy mishap!

It’s almost like you become a mum, you leave most of your dignity at the hospital and you then have to learn some MacGyver tricks for when ‘mummy mishaps’ present themselves. Jennifer Love Hewitt is no exception to this.

The one thing you need as a mum is a good sense of humour, and that is exactly what the Party of Five star has, a VERY good one in fact.

The mum of two tweeted about an incident that recently happened to her, lactating through her clothes at an important meeting.

The Ghost Whisperer star had to quickly rush out and purchase a new scarf (MacGyver style) to cover up the little mummy mishap!

Jennifer Love Hewitt and hubby, Brian Hallisay, have two gorgeous children, daughter Autumn James who was born in November 2013 and the latest addition, a bouncing baby boy named Atticus James, arrived in June this year – hence the lactating mum!

We absolutely love this celebrity mum’s sense of humour and the fact that she was willing to share such a moment with the world!

Carrying a lightweight scarf in your bag is a very good idea if there is any chance of a mishap.

This brings back memories. I was at a ball and I lactated through my modified wedding dress. [The only thing I did to it was lower the neck line] had a stole that was handy!

#mummylife is a great line. My scarf acts as a breastfeeding cover, snot wiper, covers food on my shoulders… You name it.
