  • haha…..all so very, very true. Also add that everytime you see someone else child do somethign and you think “thank god my kid doesnt do that”…within 7 days they will be doing that.

  • Rule 1. no kids in the kitchen until at least 3 y.o. By then they know the difference between hot and cold – less likely to touch the outside of the stove.
    Rule 2. if they do go into the kitchen no going into the cupboards or drawers.
    Rule 3. They open open the fridge if an adult is with them. Little ones are smart and work out how to pull the door open without using the handle. and sometimes leave it open.

  • Ha! Ha! Some scenes are really hilarious! :-)
    I never let my daughter play with food, but I let her often play with pots and pans in the kitchen. And before cooking I had to check them out, otherwise I could have cooked some little bear!!! :-)
