Holistic wellness is a beautiful thing and there are some things you can do to ensure you are taking care of your skin from the inside out.

Here are some tips for beautiful skin:

1) Hydrate, Hydrate, Hydrate!

Our body is made up of more than 70% water and when we are hydrated it leaves the skin feeling strong and supple, try to drink at least 8 glasses of water a day. You can also eat fruits and vegetables that are 95% water such as cucumber, zucchinis, strawberries, and watermelons.

2) Eat to be beautiful

When you diversify your diet, you are also optimising your vitality.

Have a wide range of food choices, from whole foods, green and leafy vegetables, fruits, fermented foods, and other foods with phytonutrients.

You are sending a right message to your body by eating right, therefore it will turn on your health promoting genes.

3) Be a pro with probiotics

A healthy digestion will also purify your skin. A regular bowel movement and toxin free gut will give you smooth and healthy skin.

4) Take it with a (just a little) grain of salt

You may want to cut back your salt intake as excessive sodium in the body can suck out your body’s moisture.

5) Glam it up by sweating it out

Exercise will not only keep you in a good body physique but it also regulates the function of your every organ.

It regulates blood flow and releases the toxins in your body by sweating.

6) Less on the stress

Though stress is inevitable for most of us it is important to not be drowned by it. There are ways to cope up with stress.

Try meditation, proper deep breathing techniques, and other stress relieving activities to avoid the negativity and side effects of stress.

  • Check all those items on your list. Except for stress less, I just don’t know how to stop that. And I don’t think I have too many pro biotics in my diet, but I do have regular bowel movements

  • So many interesting tips! Learning to cope with stress is so important and the use of probiotics and fermented food too.
    I would add avoid caffeine and alcohol.
