A beautiful tribute to a gorgeous little girl

We were very sad to hear that Maddie Tippett passed away in February.

This video was made by Maddie’s family a number of years ago and remains a beautiful tribute to such an adorable little girl.

At the time of her passing Maddie’s mum spoke of her unspeakable grief at losing her daughter, but took heart knowing that she brought joy to many:

‘Part of me feels that Maddie was meant to change the world and I feel sad that she didn’t get the chance,’ she told The Daily Telegraph earlier in the year.

‘But then I think in 10 years’ time someone will be having a bad day at the office and sit down and click on that video and it will cheer them up. That will be her legacy.’

Oh goodness, how terribly sad. As her lovely mum predicted, it’s 10 years later and I just watched the video of this little cutie pie. Time doesn’t heal this sort of wound, I really hope her parents and loved ones are doing well.

Maddie did change the world . no doubt. this video made my heart smile . and as i look at my own little chicken , i know he can grow in a world that will smile.

What a little treasure Miss Maddie is! At least she brought immense joy to not only those around her but total strangers as well. May she be resting in heaven in the arms of the angels <3
