How to Get a RARE Coles Little Shop 2 Golden Trolley

A sneak peak at the new rare Coles mini has been released and it’s sure to have shoppers in a frenzy – with only 100 available Australia-wide.

Coles also announced there will be 100 special limited edition gold cases to be won as part of the promotion, which starts today in stores around the country.

How to get your hands on one

One renowned collector shares their tips to getting your hands on the rare collectable.

‘I would suggest doing your shopping at stores with high traffic, stores that are super busy,’ they told New Idea. ‘They tend to get more Little Shop stock and there’ll be a higher chance that there’s a rare one available in one of these stores.

‘I also believe it’s best to do try and get it in the first few days of the promotion period where there’ll be more Little Shop sachets in store. Do a couple of big shops on non-perishable items so you can earn as many collectables as possible.- I believe there’ll be more of the Golden Trolleys in circulation early on.’

I’m not fussed or going to actively shop elsewhere or at a different time to find this. I’m happy to collect them if I spend enough (will not spend more just for these) and then share them with others.

I’m not sure if I’ll be collecting these as the Lion King ones are more exciting for my youngest. My older two aren’t interested. We actually completed the set today though, needed 2 and got them both from the 8 we got from the shop. Very, very lucky I reckon! Might try for Coles ones now we’ve completed the Woolies. I thought we’d be trying for the whole promotion to get the last one/s.

last year the guy serving me asked if there was any in particular i was looking for (at the end of the promotion) he could tell what was in them after handling so many but I am not a collector, the kids and I just like opening them to see what is there
