Love chai and looking for a new breakfast? Here is the perfect healthy breakfast full of flavour and perfect for cool mornings.
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp ground coriander
- 1/4 tsp ground cardamon
- 1/4 ground turmeric
- 2 tsp honey
- 1/8 tsp vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup oats
- 2 tbsp oat bran
- Place milk and spices in a saucepan and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Add honey, vanilla, oats and oat bran and cook on medium to low heat for 25 minutes.
- Serve with fresh fruit and additional honey if you wish.
