Find out how you can finally have a good night’s sleep and keep an eye on bub thanks to the Owlet’s Smart Sock 3!

We doubt there’s a single mum out there who hasn’t had an anxious night of broken sleep more than once. And no, we don’t mean the kind where little ones are the culprits, keeping you up well into the early hours of the morning. Even if bub is settled and we should be making the most of the rare chance to catch up on some much-needed shut-eye, so often there’s that small voice in the back of our minds that won’t go away.

Are they too hot?
Too cold?
Wrapped too tight?
Not tightly enough? You get the idea.

We’ve all been there. Thankfully Owlet’s Smart Sock 3 is here to help those night-time worries and ensure both mums and bubs get their best night’s sleep yet!

Superior Technology

We don’t know about you, but when it comes to investing in a baby monitor, we want something that is going to be both safe and accurate, and Owlet’s Smart Sock 3 ticks all the boxes. The name gives it away, but the Smart Sock 3 really is the smartest baby monitor of its kind, built with the latest in established pulse-oximetry technology to track baby’s heart rate and oxygen levels while they sleep.

It’s so reassuring to know that if and when baby’s readings leave the pre-set “safe” zones, there’ll be an instant notification and we can be with them straight away. With the Monitor Duo, you get not only the Smart Sock but also the Cam. The Cam allows parents to access a live stream of their baby sleeping,  providing useful insights such as room temperature. I wasn’t sure I’d need the duo, but the cam is the perfect partner for the Smart Sock!

Grows With Your Bub

Owlet’s redesigned Smart Sock 3 now fits smaller newborns and larger babies, from 2.3kg to 13kg, so you can begin using it with your little one as soon as they come home from the hospital and continue to do so as they grow. Mums of babies who have come home from NICU have said they particularly love that Owlet’s Smart Sock 3 is able to be used on smaller babies as they have that extra bit of reassurance after such a challenging time.

A mum who recently started using the smart sock with her twins said that she loved how easy the sock was to use no matter what stage they were at and plans to use it until they are at least a year old! It really is worth the investment when it will be with you every step of the way.

Peace of Mind

So many mums say that without Owlet’s Smart Sock 3, they just wouldn’t be able to sleep as soundly and we completely agree! The stats don’t lie either, with 96% of parents who use the Smart Sock 3 saying that they’ve felt less anxious, and 94% of parents have reported better sleep quality while using the sock on their baby.

I’ve heard so many mums say they just couldn’t live without it, especially first-time mums and those with tummy sleepers! One mum confessed that she was up every night during the first few weeks, standing in her baby’s room for hours despite being exhausted, because she wanted to be sure that he was ok. Once she discovered the Smart Sock 3, however,  she finally realised that she could have a good night’s sleep AND keep an eye on her son. Life-changing!

Owlet’s Smart Sock 3 gives a parent peace of mind that your baby is safe and that for me is absolutely 100% priceless.

The enhanced wireless charging now delivers a fully charged Smart Sock 3 in just 90 minutes, with a battery life of 16 hours, making it a reliable part of every bedtime routine.

  • This is such a brilliant idea

  • This is what my friend says about it, so I now would advice against it:
“My newborn is in the special care nursery at the moment and I was looking at getting one of these for ongoing monitoring at home. I asked the ward doctor what he thought and if he would recommend and he said a flat out no, they are notorious for giving off false readings and causing anxiety to parents when there is nothing wrong. He also added that if by the time baby is discharged if they need any extra monitoring the hospital will set that up for us so it put me off buying one.”

  • I didn’t have this for my babies but I’m glad it gives some people positive outcomes

  • I can imagine itt gives peace of mind by a sick or prem baby, but to be honest I don’t think it’s normal not to be able to sleep without it.

  • I desperately wanted the Owlet smart sock but talked myself out of buying it because it was additional cost. In hindsight it might have given me peace of mind so I didn’t wake up randomly to check my son

  • I don’t know about you but my kids hate anything around their feet, I don’t think my daughter will wear it though. It’s a smart concept but not for all :(

  • Fantastic use of technology

  • Would be good if the kids are sick, my son suffers with croup. But otherwise I think it would just give me anxiety just like a baby monitor does.

  • It’s a brilliant idea and looks soft so it won’t annoy bubs. Wish it had been around when my boys were small.
