  • I truly believe I will be healthier at the end of lock down. I’m exercising more and being careful of what I eat. I don’t need to pay for advice because I’ve set myself a goal and I’m sticking to it. I have a support network to keep me motivated.

  • Reducing sugar is difficult but I don’t feel like paying someone to send me recipes and words of encouragement is going to help either because there’s plenty of free information out there and you just need the discipline and motivation.
