Mum-of-three discovers clever way to declutter her kitchen, using nothing but a piece of PVC plastic from her local Bunnings.

Gina Baynham was fed up with how she had been storing her massive supply of Nespresso pods.

“I’ve tried lots of different ways of storing Nespresso pods – jars, boxes, you name it,” the avid coffee drinker told Kidspot.

“Every time my husband comes home from the shop, he has bought new flavours to try and it drives me mad because I have to re-organise my storage all over again.”

The NSW mum spotted a clever life-hack on a Facebook group, meaning she could get the same result for $1.80.

“It was so easy. It cost me $1.80 for the piece of PVC plastic at 2.4 metres in length,” she explained.

Cutting a strip into 30 centimetre lengths, the crafty mum then stuck them to the underside of her kitchen cupboard, using the angle of the piping to neatly store her pods.

“I then cut it to 30 centimetre lengths with a sharp knife and stuck them to the underside of my kitchen cupboards with double-sided sticky foam that I bought in a craft shop for about $2.”
