This hilarious video shows just how wild mums get when they are left to their own devices:

  • well my daughters are too young for school, but after three and half years at home with two girls I have finally taken the jump into part time child care, Two weeks in and I’m starting to feel human again, I.m getting my therapy during times when I do not have to find babysitters, I’m starting to clean the house during the day and using the toilet in peace at least once a day lol. I intend to start actually doing some exercise soon and have brought a one month gym pass woohoo Go Me!!!! oh and i sometimes just sit and have a cup of tea.

  • Housework, then a cuppa at the local cafe. Read a magazine but usually try to get ahead on household chores like the ironing.

  • I normally spend the first few days putting the house back together, then have a nanny nap.

  • I usually spend the first day or two catching up with house work, back to school is exciting and busy

  • Haha, not quite my experience! Although it is much quieter with only one kid to look after instead of three. I actually love the school holidays – not having to drag the kids out of the house by 8.30 every morning, hanging out at the park without having to rush. But of course some alone time would be heavenly!
