  • I eat toasted muesli with fresh blueberries and natural yoghurt for breakfast. This recipe could make for a yummy weekend breakfast. I’ve never had quinoa before so feel I need to taste it elsewhere first so I understand how it should taste!

  • For those with Coelic Disease or some other autoimmune diseases this recipe is gluten free too. Probably also suitable for this with Ulcerative Collitis yoo.
