Ingredients (serves 1)
- 1 slice Bega vintage cheese
- 80mL Milk
- 1/2 t Flour
Method
- In a cup, pour in milk and add in cheese. If possible, tear the cheese into smaller pieces so it is cooked evenly.
- Microwave on high for 15seconds.
- Add in flour and whisk quickly with a spoon.
- Serve with poached egg.
