An easy healthy breakfast made from just two ingredients; banana and egg!

Ingredients (makes 6 Pancakes depending on their size)

  • 2 Bananas
  • 2 Eggs


  1. Mash up the bananas really well in a bowl.
  2. Mix in the eggs.
  3. Pour into a heated pan and flip once you can tell its been cooked on one side.
