An easy healthy breakfast made from just two ingredients; banana and egg!
Ingredients (makes 6 Pancakes depending on their size)
- 2 Bananas
- 2 Eggs
Method
- Mash up the bananas really well in a bowl.
- Mix in the eggs.
- Pour into a heated pan and flip once you can tell its been cooked on one side.
