Baby coconut banana bread

Serves 4

6 Ingredients

This delicious banana bread that is meant for baby but so good even you will love it!

Ingredients (serves 4)

1 cup Mashed Banana
1 cup Baby rice cereal
1 Egg or if allergic to egg use 1 tablespoon chia plus1/4cup water
1/4 cup coconut oil
1/4 teaspoon Baking soda
1/4 cup Coconut cream

Method

Blend all ingredients with a handblender for 1 minute.
Bake for 20 minutes on 175C. Too easy!

Notes

I strongly suggest using super ripe bananas for this recipe as they are softer, sweeter and easier on baby's digestion.

When using banana in cooking I usually like to use ripe to over ripe bananas for the extra flavour.
