Yummy hot or cold.

Ingredients (serves 4)

  • 1 sheet puff pastry
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • pinch salt n pepper
  • pinch shallots
  • 1 rasher bacon
  • 4 semi dried tomato
  • pinch diced capsicum


  1. Cut pastry into 4 squares. Oil 4 Small ceramic ramikins. Put pastry in dishes.
  2. Mix all ingredience together until well mixed.
  3. Pour into pastry cups. Bake on 180 until pastry is puffed. Stick a skewer in and if it comes out clean, its done.


Nice to have for lunch or dinner.
