Ingredients

  • apples
  • cinnamon
  • sugar (optional)

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 120 degrees. Core and thinly slice apples.
  2. Lay out apple slices on baking tray and sprinkle with cinnamon. You can also add sugar at this point for added sweetness.
  3. Bake in oven for 2 hours, turning half way.

Notes... These are also nice served alongside a yogurt dip.

  • Do you need to “grease” the baking tray so that the apple won’t stick?? or isn’t that a problem because of the low te,mperatue they are cooked at ? Could I use baking paper on the tray to stop the sugar burning on the metal tray and sending smoke?.
