A quick and easy baby food recipe.
Ingredients (makes 12 baby portions)
- 200g baked beans (preferably with no added salt)
- 1 carrot
- 6 florets broccoli
Method
- Chop and steam broccoli and carrots. Reserve the water for pureeing
- Warm baked beans.
- Add steamed broccoli and carrot to baked beans and puree to desired consistency with reserved water. Freeze in portions and warm to serve.
