Ingredients (serves 10)

  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 2 cups S.R. Flour, can be half wholemeal if preferred
  • 1/3 cup Brown Sugar
  • 3/4 cup Milk
  • 1 cup Chopped Walnuts
  • 2 tblsp Chia

Method

  1. Combine flour, chia and sugar in a bowl.
  2. Add other ingredients and stir to combine.
  3. Spoon into prepared lined loaf tin and bake for approx 45 mins at 180.
