A sweet smoothie with a healthy ingredient list.

Ingredients (serves 1 | makes 1 Large Smoothie)

  • 1 Large Banana
  • 250ml Almond Milk
  • 2 Tablespoons Chia Seeds
  • 1 Teaspoon Coconut Syrup
  • 1 Teaspoon Cacao Powder


  1. Put all ingredients into a blender or smoothie maker. Leave the Chia seeds until last so they dont stick to the sides.
  2. Blend for around 1 Minute or until all combined.
  3. Pour it out and enjoy!


You can add or adjust ingredients to your liking.
