Quick and easy banana choc chip waffles.

Ingredients (makes 4 Waffles)

  • 1 1/2 cup Self raising flour
  • 2 Bananas mashed
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 2/3 cup Chocolate chips

Method

  1. Put all ingredients except the chocolate chips into a mixing bowl and stir until combined. If mixture seems a bit too runny then stir through a sprinkle more flour. (This will depend on the size of your bananas)
  2. Fold through chocolate chips
  3. Cook in waffle maker.

Notes

make these when we have ripe bananas that need using up and store them in the freezer. I reheat by popping them in the toaster. Or popping in lunch boxes and they defrost by lunch time
