Using a donut maker these little mini donuts make the perfect treat for little hands.
Ingredients (serves 4 | makes 20 Mini donuts)
- 125g Softened Butter
- 1/2 Cup Caster Sugar
- 1 TSP Vanilla Essence
- 2 eggs
- 1 Mashed Banana
- 1 Cup Self Raising Flour
- 1/2 Cup Custard Powder
- Turn your donut maker on and preheat. Alternatively preheat oven to 180 Deg and use a greased mini donut tray.
- Mix all Ingredients together as if making a cake.
- Pour small spoonfuls in each ring using a soup spoon for better control and cook until slightly golden
- Optional: While still sweating dip the donuts in edible glitter. Alternatively ice the donuts with sprinkles.
