Easy and Delicious BBQ Chicken Drumsticks.


Ingredients (makes 10 Chicken Drumsticks.)

  • 10 Chicken drumsticks
  • 1 Head of a Garlic
  • 1 Lemon, juiced
  • 1 1/2 Cups of Olive Oil
  • 1/2 Teaspoon of pepper
  • 1 Tablespoon of sea salt.

Method

  1. To make the marinade, place garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, sea salt and pepper into a blender until pureed.
  2. Rub chicken drumsticks into marinade then place the chicken with the marinade into a large bowel and cover with glad wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  3. Bbq Chicken Drumsticks until cooked and Serve.

  • I love marinated chicken drumsticks! We usually have them with fried rice.
