A quick and easy idea that the kids can take to school.
Ingredients (makes 8 Pieces)
- 500g Mince beaf
- 1 Onion
- 250g Mixed vegetables
- 2 sheets Puff pastry
- Chop onion and brown. Add mince meat and brown. Simmer for 15-20 minutes until cooked
- Steam vegetables
- Combine meat and vegetables.
- Cut each sheet of puff pastry in quaters. Add mixture to each quater and fold into a triangle.
- Butter the tops and cook for 10-15 minutes on 170degrees or until brown
