  • 500 gm beef chuck steak
  • 1/2 large white onion (sliced in rings)
  • cracked black pepper
  • 3 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 1/2 large lemon
  • 1 Tbsp oil


  1. In a skillet, boil the beef in 12 cup water together with oil and soy sauce
  2. Heat in medium, sprinkle with black pepper and let it simmer until the sauce thickens.
  3. Add in the onions and squeeze on some lemon.
  4. Flip the beef side to side,cover and simmer for 2 minutes.
