Yum, beef stroganoff, lovely on a cold evening and so quick and easy to make!
Ingredients (serves 8)
- 700g Lean beef strips
- 250g Mushrooms
- 1 Onion
- 400ml Sour cream
- Slice mushroom and cook for 2 minutes in pan. Set aside.
- Brown the beef in batches and set aside.
- Slice mushrooms and cook for 2 minutes in pan. Add sour cream and cook for 1 minute.
- Return beef and onions to the pan and cook for further 4 minutes.
Great served with mash potato and veggies.
