The best glossy icing you’ll ever find.
Ingredients (serves 8 | makes 2 )
- 2 egg whites
- 1 Tbsp icing sugar
- 1 tbs food colouring (your choice)
- Beat egg whites and icing sugar until they form hard peaks.
- Add food colouring and continue to beat till your chosen colour is at the right shade.
- Using a metal butter knife, spread onto cake and decorate as desired.
