Ingredients (serves 1)
- 1 cup Cooked black or brown rice (I use black)
- 1 cup Peas
- 2 heaped tablespoon Macadamia Sundried tomato pesto (see my recipe in SIDES)
- 1 handful Walnuts

- Mix all ingredients well and serve!
