A quick and wholesome breakfast for your little (and big) ones.


Ingredients (serves 1)

  • 2-3 tbsp rolled oats
  • 1/3 cup water
  • Pinch of ground cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp frozen blueberries
  • 2 tbsp Natural or greek yoghurt

Method

  1. Put water and oats in a small saucepan over medium heat. Cook, stirring until oats are soft and most of the water has been absorbed. Stir in the cinnamon and blueberries and cook a further minute. Remove from the heat and stir in the yogurt. Serve.

Notes... To make enough for an adult and bub/toddler, increase water to 1 cup and oats to 1/3 cup. Adjust other ingredients to suit. This also makes a great snack too.
